May 13th, 2009- The Southwest Inn at Sedona has been selected for the 2009 Best of Sedona Award in the Hotels category by the U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA).
June 2009-The National Park Service announced Tuesday that 147 parks, national monuments and other spots accross the country will have free entry during three weekends this summer. 16 of those places, including the Grand Canyon, are in Arizona and many are within driving distance of the Southwest Inn. Sunday January 19, 2009-The Arizona Cardinals are headed for the Super Bowl!! Yes, in one of the most exciting playoff games in recent memory, the Arizona Cardinals will be traveling to Tampa, Florida to defend their NFC crown against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Southwest Inn will proudly be flying the Cardinal flag.
Sunday, January 12, 2009-The Arizona Cardinals did it again!! This time defeating the Carolina Panthers, and advancing to the NFC Championship game against the Philadelphia Eagles, which will take place in Arizona this weekend. Enjoy the game, and then come up to the Southwest Inn at Sedona to relish the Cardinal’s season.

Southwest Inn at Sedona, A Premier Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I stayed at the Southwest Inn last week and were really impressed! We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked into the front door to check in to the time we checked out. When we originally got to our room, spa music was playing and there was a fire in the fireplace. What a welcome! The service was outstanding. The breakfast was very well done. The view from our balcony was outstanding. We have never stayed in a hotel, inn, etc. that we enjoyed as much and that we felt so much at home. This is a fantastic place to stay and we will definitely try to get a room there again the next time we visit Sedona!!
