1. | A Clean Room. Really clean – no wayward strands of hair in the basin or on the floor. Crisp clean bed linens. | |

2. | Good lighting – You must be able to read in bed or at your room’s desk or easy chair. | |
|
3. | Television – you get a 25” TV with over 60 cable channels including HBO and ESPN. | |
|
4. | Storage space – you must have a closet with adequate hangers. | |
|
5. | A Nice Bathroom – It will be well equipped with a hair dryer, lots of amenity products and good quality soap plus lots of fluffy luxurious towels. | |

6. | Dependability – you will get the room you reserved whether you show up at 3pm or 9pm. If you reserved a non-smoking king Jacuzzi room directly with us – you will get a non-smoking king Jacuzzi room. | |

7. | Good Upkeep – no frayed carpets, linens or towels. No tattered draperies or furniture. | |
|
8. | A Fantastic Staff – whether you come with your family, your significant other or come alone, you will feel welcome, pampered and respected. | |

9. | Southwest Experience – when you visit the southwest we think that you want to experience the southwest. Our inn’s design and furnishings have won awards for our great southwest design. | |
