Daily- Red Rock State Park guided nature walks: at 10AM, visitors can join a naturalist on a guided nature walk lasting 2 hrs. Plants, wildlife, geology, history and archeology are some of the subjects that may be discussed.

Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9AM- guided bird walk.

2/5- 21st Annual World Championship Hoop Dance Contest: presented at the Heard Musium, Phoenix. Featuring top American Indian and Canadian First Nation Hoop Dancers. Amazong performances of the inter-tribal hoop dance, where each dancer weaves in aspects of his or her distinct tradition and culture.

2/6- Music In the Garden: Phoenix Desert Botanical Garden.

2/9-13- 52nd Annual Tubac Festival of the Arts. Arizona's longest running art festival, showcases the work of hundreds of visiting artists, craft persons and musicians from around the country.

2/11-13- 21st Annual Chinese Week and Culture and Cuisine Festival: Phoenix Chinese Cultural Center. Featuring Chinese cuisine, arts and crafts, The Dragon and Lion Dance, folk dance, mah-jong booth, martial arts.

2/11-13- 11th Annual Pecan/Wine and Antique Festival: Camp Verde. Features more than 60 antique dealers and localy grown pecans, 12 wineries, live entertainment, and educational lectures on wine, grape, and pecan growing.

2/12- BrewHaHa: Flagstaff. Features more than 25 local, regional, and western breweries, and more than 40 different craft beers.

2/12- Sedona Marathon: Marathon, half-marathon, and 5k, city and forest roads, elevations from 41,000-4,650 feet.

2/10-13- Tuscon Gem and Mineral Show: the largest gem and mineral show in the US with an umparalleled variety of mineral, gem fossil lapidary.

2/13- The Arizona Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame Induction Ceromony: featuring Linda Rondstadt, Steven Spielburg, Alice Cooper, and others.

2/14-21- Havasu Pocket-Cruisers Convention: more than 100 sailers with their pocket sized sailboats.

2/18-20- 26th Annual NHRA Division 7 Season Opener: Chandler. Firebird Internation Raceway. More than 400 teams compete in one classes ranging from Alcohol Funny Cars to Gas, Superstreet, and more.

2/19-27- La Fiesta DeLos Vaqueros Tuscon Rodeo: more than 80yrs old and one of the top 20 professional rodeos in North America.

2/17-27- Scottsdale's 56th Anual Arabian Horse Show: come see over 22,000 of the worlds most beautiful arabian horses.
